Under 13 Royals - Round 2

After a tough first game losing against Berwick’s first team in round one this week we came up against Dandenong Thunder who were coming off a 6-1 win against Berwick’s second team.

The larger pitch was definitely better suited to us as the team started off fast showing us the skills we know they have combined with a quick tempo we know they are capable of.

A great team effort with the players supporting each othering and communicating well saw Alec put in two including a free kick driven low through their wall into the back of the net. With Mladen slotting in another beautiful goal and an own goal gave the Royals a 4-2 win.
